Developing Service Standards and Local Offers

We work with Staff and residents, to develop Service Standards and Local Offers.

We can design and run workshops to involve residents and staff in improving customer focus of services by developing and reviewing:

  • Priorities and actions for the organisation
  • Service standards for all key (6) service areas
  • Actions needed to develop “local” standards
  • Approaches to monitor the local offers and/or service standards

We teach staff and residents together to gather fully representative views on service. We will train them how to run effective focus groups using the “Metaplan” technique. We have produced a guide on how to run sessions using this technique and also on using the technique specifically for local offers and standards. This is available on this link
